How can I use this voucher?

This voucher is a great gift and can be used to book a place on any workshop or put towards a higher value workshop or course. Vouchers are sent digitally or can be recieved in the post on request, please allow 5 working days to receive your voucher by post. All the recipient will need to do to claim the voucher is find a session that they'd like to attend and email Rachel at info@rachelcoxceramics.com with the title, date of session and code found on the front of the voucher. 

 

What does the price of this voucher include? 

The recipient of this workshop voucher will be taught in Rachel Cox’s modern studio with the latest ceramic tools and equipment in a small group of up to four students. Small groups ensure greater individual focus from your teacher and higher levels of student and teacher group engagement. The recipient will have access to a range of clays, slips and glazes and an apron will be provided. The pottery that is produced will be fired twice in an electric kiln up to temperatures of 1260 degrees. There is a bike lock up and private parking onsite available to students.

What are the terms and conditions of the workshop voucher? 

This workshop voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase, which is found on the front of the voucher. Group sizes are small and workshops are booked to capacity so the recipient must ensure that they are able to attend the session on the date that they book. Should the recipient need to change the date of their class once booked, it will be possible to reschedule up to 14 days before when a 10% admin fee will be charged. It will not be possible to reschedule a class beyond 14 days prior to the course date and a refund cannot be offered. In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by Rachel Cox Ceramics due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of the studio's control the class will be rescheduled at a later date or a refund for the voucher will be offered if the rescheduled date is not suitable.
