 Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

Group sizes are small and workshops are full to capacity so please ensure that you are able to attend on the course dates that you have booked on for. 

 

Workshops are non-refundable once the course has started. Should you need to cancel the course, you may do so up to 14 days before the start of the course when you will get a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. Any cancellations made after 14 days prior to the start date are non-refundable. You may transfer your booking onto another course up to 14 days prior to the start date when a 10% admin fee will be charged. It will not be possible to reschedule a course beyond 14 days prior to the start date and a refund cannot be offered.

In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by Rachel Cox Ceramics due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of the studio's control the class will be rescheduled at a later date or a refund for the class will be offered if the rescheduled date is not suitable.
