Items come in and out of stock frequently and as all products are handmade lead times can be up to three weeks. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 5 working days of payment. When the items have been dispatched, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date. Your order will arrive within 2 – 3 days of the dispatch date and it will require a signature on delivery. If the order fails to reach you by the stated delivery date, contact us by email and we will look into it. If you are in need of a quick delivery, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
In the unlikely event that items become damaged in the post, please let us know on arrival and this can be investigated. Please note that you must report any damage within two days of receiving the items or we cannot accept any responsibility and will not be able to process a refund.
Rachel Cox Ceramics items are handcrafted, each item is totally unique and no two items are identical. Should you wish to return any items, which I’m certain you will not, please return within 14 days of delivery and we can give you a full refund of the price of goods providing that the items are in a resalable condition. We will not refund the original postage cost unless items are faulty. If you do decide to return an item, please ensure that you have receipt of postage as we cannot accept liability if the parcel goes amiss.
